Westgarth Film Festival 2007

The second Westgarth Film Festival returns to one of Melbourne’s favourite iconic cinemas, the Palace Westgarth Cinema from 6-9th December 2007 with a program packed full of cinematic gems. Over three days and four nights you’ll be treated to a candy bar full of treats including special features, celebrity cinema stars and comedians, classic silent features brought to life with musical scores, short films from Australia and the globe, filmmaker workshops, movie trivia and much, much more.
Away from the big screen, festival goers and budding filmmakers will be able to take part in two free events, ‘Filmmaker Speed Dating’, where you may meet your leading lady, grip, gaffer or runner of your dreams and ‘Pitch It Or Ditch It’,where each budding auteur can pitch their film scripts to members of Palace Films.
