Mitsubishi/ Tropfest Super Short Series
“I’m directing a short film/commercial through Tropfest for Mitsubishi. It will be one of 6 films/ads being launched in October for the new model Lancer. Each film has a word describing the new vehicle. The word for this film is STRONGER.
Mitsubishi is trying a different approach to their advertising and wants to be involved with storytelling rather than standard ads.
My story was chosen from more than 150 Tropfest finalists. It’s about Katy and her dream to win the International Cake Modeling Awards. Basically this film is all about amazing cakes.
This film will be launched nationally across: Cinema, TV, Internet, print. It will also be launched at Tropfest in February 2008.
WE’RE AFTER:
A runner.
Someone to help the Production Designer (This would be fun as it’s a story about the International Cake Modeling Awards, and they could help dress the set)
A stills person (would need to have photographic experience)
There is no money involved so just after people who would like on set experience.
