Producer Required

⊆ May 7th, 2009 by Jason Hooker | ˜ No Comments »

Feature Film

Completed feature film features only one actor, Andrew Merrigan, who starved himself and locked himself in a house for three months with a camera in order to make the film. The film is beyond a thriller and becomes an exploration of loneliness, empty spaces, the horror of facing the self, and how narrative can be created with one man, a house and a skull, using techniques of editing and shot structure. An experienced producer is required to help with the legals and distribution of the film.

Sound Person Required

⊆ May 6th, 2009 by Jason Hooker | ˜ No Comments »

May Shoot

I’m looking for a sound person for my documentary film shot by the middle of May for 7 days. The film is about my grandmother and her best friend, 2 strong and interesting personalities in their mid 80s, both Romanian/Jewish background, immigrated twice, incredibly active, open and fun. Focus shall be on their friendship and on their positive energy and approach to life. For now it’s a no-budget production, but I am trying to get some help either from Australia or Germany.
